23/366 - My first ever homemade halloumi cheese


Homemade halloumi, fried in olive oil and with a big dollop of homemade ratatouille on the side. YUM!!!!

Milk from the ever-generous cows at Wangapeka Downs, and cheese-making supplies from Mapua Country Trading.
